Volunteer Opportunities

Thank you for your interest in volunteering your time with Camp Summit. We cannot function without the dedication of our volunteers. Camp Summit has several different volunteer opportunities such as:

• Direct Interaction with campers
  • Volunteer Camp Counselor - Assists campers with their daily living skills and camp activities
  • Volunteer Activity Leader - Lead arts & crafts, nature studies, performing arts, recreational sports, ropes challenge course, swimming and horseback riding
• Special Events

Frequently Asked Questions

How old do I have to be to volunteer?
Ages 12-14 may volunteer with an adult parent or guardian at least 18 years of age. (both must complete volunteer application)
Ages 15 and up may volunteer by printing and completing the volunteer application.

Which application do I fill out?
If you have ever volunteered with Camp Summit, you will fill out the application that says "Alumni/Returning" on it. If you are brand new to Camp Summit, you will fill out the application that says "New" applicant.
