Job Listing: Receptionist

Report to the Chief Executive Officer. Responsible for initial greeting of the public & clients, routing all incoming calls, maintain accurate and confidential data records as assigned, maintain office equipment & supplies, and other general office duties.

Position is in the Dallas office.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Route all incoming calls to appropriate staff.  Conduct professional phone etiquette and communication at all times to the public and staff.

  • Process daily mail outgoing and incoming.

  • Oversee office supply orders, equipment service, and general office organization.

  • Assist with general office duties of other departments and other duties , as directed by Chief Executive Officer.
