Seasonal Staff

Camp Summit hires seasonal staff for each summer and fall season to fulfill a safe ratio of two campers to every one counselor. Most staff members live in the cabins with the campers during their one-week stay.

Many of our staff are college students pursuing fields of human interest. We also work with international agencies to recruit personnel from all over the world. Benefits include salary, room and board, laundry facilities, and the experience of a lifetime!

Become a Volunteer Counselor

In addition to our seasonal staff, we have numerous opportunities for volunteers to work directly with our campers throughout the year.  Come spend a week during spring, summer, or fall.  Or volunteer for a weekend session!

Age Requirement:  16+

Volunteer Counselors must meet all of the requirements of our paid staff, including training, reference checks and a criminal background check.
