Development Operations Manager

Caitlin joined the Camp Summit Team in March 2025, inspired by the organization's mission to encourage individuals with disabilities to explore new opportunities in an exciting outdoor environment. She graduated from Texas Christian University with a double major in Sociology and Human Rights Policy. Caitlin also serves on the Texas regional board for the American Dog Society and adores her own rescue pup! In her free time, Caitlin loves reading, going to Pilates, and learning new things. She is thrilled to contribute to the continued growth and development of Camp Summit.
